In early 2021, another toy sold in the U.S. was pulled from shelves due to lead concerns. On Feb. 17, the CPSC announced that 10-in-1 Incredible Inventions Science Kits sold at Menards and independent toy stores between Aug. 2020 and Nov. 2020 were being recalled due to lead. The products were pulled from the market after it was discovered that two of the magnets included in the kit had lead levels above those legally allowed following 2008 legislation that introduced requirements for all toys sold in the U.S. to be tested for lead prior to sale.
